      Heather	Work on Rockwell donation. Research printable checks Buy 2 rolls paper and 1 roll plastic table cover.
      Bill	Soda pop deals. I've bought all the water and pop we'll need. Organize Rockwell laptop hand-off with Mike Miller. Done.
      Chris	Judge recruiting—eastern Iowa teachers
      Judge Recruiters	Send judging data to Bill by Sunday morning, March 7. Done, and the data incorporated and used.
      Jeff	Scan paper awards and send to Colleen. Pick up trophies.
      Walker	Put in big printing order at Rockwell on
      Jeff/Walker	Organize mall walk-through with Lindale officials.
      Linda	Contact Jane Schott re student registration--time.
      Everyone	Check your contacts for potential new judges. Committees, check your part of the Fair Program and update.

   1. Finalist judges: 6 confirmed physical judges; 2 confirmed biological, 3 maybes.
      1. I'll send them reminders as soon as I can include directions, i.e., once we've established where HQ is in the mall.
   2. People who've agreed to judge: 139. I expect we'll have 110–125 judges on Fair Day.
      1. I mailed 235 reminder postcards.
      2. I send 276 reminder e-mails.
   3. In all 4 military recruiting offices, they seemed at least mildly interested in sending judges. (The Air Force man said, "There will be 3 people from this office.")
   4. Pam reports that she's lined up the 5 division leads.
   5. From 8–9 on Fair Day, Gary Ellis will be conducting an on-going tutorial for new judges. Key points: how to use the score sheet and comment sheet.
   6. Jack Murphy suggested the Rockwell Collins Retirees as a source of judges. He and John McDonough insist that we send somebody to their meeting at 10 on Thursday. I really can't attend. Could somebody (Linda?) please handle this?
